Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025

Veritau is proud to be supporting this year’s Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which is taking place between 17th-23rd March 2025.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative which aims to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions relating to neurodiversity and to celebrate the talents of the neurodiverse mind.
We recognise the benefits that can come from having a diverse workforce. By drawing upon the strengths of each individual within a team, a neurodiverse workforce can be more productive and efficient.
We’re proud to have established a staff neurodiversity group, which aims to raise awareness of neurodiversity throughout Veritau. The group is currently working on a variety of projects, including implementing neurodiversity champions, refreshing our recruitment practices, identifying potential training, updating our policies, and developing a library of tools and support for employees. We’re also developing a support framework for staff which includes access to a supportive inductions and buddy system.
