We’re pleased to share the latest results from our annual Schools Data Protection Officer (DPO) Client Satisfaction Survey, and once again, the feedback from our school communities has been incredibly positive.
⭐ 100% of respondents rated the quality of our service as either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
⭐ 100% said they would recommend our services to other schools.
We also received a wide range of encouraging comments about the support, expertise, and reassurance our DPO team provides throughout the year. These insights play an important role in helping us to strengthen our service and identify opportunities for further development.
